Adam Fraser has over 18 years of experience in computer security, including areas such as software exploitation techniques, reverse engineering and analysis of malware, intrusion response and analysis, digital and network forensics, and operational experience with the cyber warfare community. He is currently the chief operations officer at Star Lab where he oversees a company operating system aimed at delivering high quality embedded security solutions to security-conscious customers.
Prior to working in industry, Adam served in the United States Air Force as a Special Agent and Computer Crime Investigator with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations. In this capacity, Adam managed and resolved high-profile, complex computer intrusion investigations in support of Department of Defense and Air Force efforts to protect, monitor, analyze, detect and respond to unauthorized cyber activity.
Adam has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Clemson University and is a Distinguished Graduate of the Air Force Institute of Technology where he received a master’s degree in computer science.
Adam has previously been on staff at the University of Texas, San Antonio, where he supported efforts to pursue and capture research programs related to cyber security, cloud computing and data analytics.
